We have had a pretty busy last few weeks of August at BJHS.
- Congratulations to Mrs. Pamela Pilewski and Mr. Ron Koch on their retirements from BPS, their leadership and character will be missed.
- Best of luck to Mrs. Gorniak's family, they are moving down to the southern part of the country; good luck Mr. Gorniak at your new job.
- We will miss Mrs. Shannon Willey, who has elected to stay home with her young family.
- Good luck to Mr. Ferguson, who is returning to the senior high after seventeen years and to Mrs. Kari Lusky who will be going over to MRE.
Welcome aboard to Mr. Jeff Davis in 7th History/Americas Cultures History, Mrs. Erica Lehr in 8th Grade English/Americas Cultures English, Mrs. Julia Lehr in 6th Grade (Teaming with Moore), and Mr. Brent Dukate in 6th Grade (Teaming with Flowers & Johnston).
We will have two new speech therapists in the district, Ms. Sarah Timpe and Ms. Renee White have been recommended to the Board of Education.
We have recommended Mr. Josh Glover to the Board of Education for 7th/8th Choir, 7th Grade Band, 8th Grade Band, 6th Grade General Music, and SHS Jazz Band.
BPS will be posting Mr. Dukate's special education position soon and I will let you know when it is filled.
I am very excited for the new faces and I am looking forward to working with them at BJHS.
